A PASSION, NOT JUST A JOB

Our 'Why' (© Simon Sinek).....

"To improve the innovation processes of SMEs of all sizes and sectors"

For years we've worked in and around large corporates, SMEs and start-ups, and across a variety of sectors. Founders Mark and Carey met as senior consultants with London-based innovation firm Market Gravity (now part of Deloitte), creating innovative and disruptive propositions for large corporate clients.

Both had developed an entrepreneurial streak, between them setting up several successful businesses and organisations. They discovered a shared desire to offer "large corporate consultancy" to SME's and start-ups, fitted around their challenges and at affordable rates. The result was Wee Big Innovation.

Throughout 2016 and 2017 Wee Big worked with a host of innovative businesses, across a variety of sectors and at various stages of proposition development. For all the struggles, challenges and pitfalls that these clients faced, the most common issue was the lack of a structured process to follow. So that's what we created - PB, Proposition Builder.

We're now on a mission to continually improve PB into an acknowledged best-practice approach to agile innovation.

As well as PB, the team brings a broad range of skills and experience, from innovation to strategy, customer insight to customer strategy. And always with a strong commercial yet entrepreneurial attitude

Lastly we also bring incredible energy and enthusiasm to our clients, bringing their teams with us rather than "telling them". We believe strongly in collaborative consultancy, and we'll care as much for your business as you do

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU

If you'd like to tell us about the challenges and opportunities your business faces, let's meet up and talk about what we can do to help. Just call. Or email.
