End-to-end proposition development, from initial concepts to prototypes

END-TO-END PROPOSITION DEVELOPMENT

We can support your innovation team through any of the key phases of PB, or for the entire project.

A 16-stage process can be delivered in 12 weeks, Proposition B working onsite with clients 1 or 2 days per week, depending on budget and/or your team's availability.

Generally we support the project in two 6-week phases:

1 - Create...Starting from scratch to creating a set of concept propositions and high level features, based on customer needs and validated by your target market.

2 - Design...Developing the proposition and features in more detail, with a pragmatic commercial business case and go-to-market plan. Culminating in a validated prototype.
